Covid-19 is affecting us all; however, we are continuing to serve both our domestic and commercial customers, in line with government guidelines.
Prior to attendance, our staff will check if there are any health concerns, knowledge of symptoms or illness at the site address.
All engineers will call prior to attendance to offer guidance and reassurance on how they will approach the work and distance themselves from others in the property.
We currently will not ask for a customer signature to ensure social distancing is adhered to.
Sanitation is extremely important to protect both our Engineers and Customers. Our engineers can disinfect as they go
Our Engineers will always use the appropriate PPE for the situation
Please be assured that Premier Drainage Company Ltd is here for all your drainage requirements, however, if our Engineer feels the job is unsafe, they are entitled not to continue. Due notice will be given to the customer.
